Deposits and Contracts
A contract will be created outlining choices you have made for meal selections, bar set-up, security deposit and time schedule. A $1,000 room rental fee (+5.5% tax) is due in order to secure your event date. This is a non-refundable fee.
Service Charge and Sales Tax
An 18% charge is added to all hosted food and beverage charges. The final invoice, which includes all hosted food and beverage, is also subject to the 5.5% Wisconsin sales tax.
An estimated number of guests is required at least three weeks in advance of your event. A final confirmation on all meal choices to be served and number of guests must be made no later than ten business days prior to the scheduled event.
Ballroom will only be set for 5% over your final guarantee.
Cancellation fees will apply if an event is cancelled, per the contract terms.
For events held onsite, Mr. G's provides silverware, glassware, plates, white linen tablecloths, chairs and tables. Vendor recommendations are provided upon request for any additional needs. Chair covers and linen napkins available for an additional fee.
Amplified music must cease by midnight. Your band or DJ may setup any time during the day of your event, based upon availability and approved by Mr. G's.
Prices are subject to change as market dictates. Menu prices are guaranteed 90 days prior to your event day.
Provisions of insurance and health regulations do not allow food prepared at Mr. G's to be removed from the premises.
Should the number of guests served exceed the agreed-upon number, payment for additional entrees must be made within five (5) business days.
Mr. G’s, an alcoholic beverage licensee, is subject to the rules and regulations of the State of Wisconsin. We reserve the right to refuse the service of alcohol to any person deemed to be intoxicated or under the legal age of twenty-one. No liquor can be brought onto the property from an outside source.
- Hosted/Open Bars – Choose from wine, beer, cocktails, soda, or any combination you desire. Guests order the drinks of their choice and billing of consumption plus gratuity is sent to the host of the event.
- Cash Bars - Guests purchase their drinks individually at the bar. Prices include tax.
- Bartenders – Bartenders are included in the cost of the ballroom rental.

Menu selection and pricing will be guaranteed 45 days prior to the event. Two entrée selections on all banquet menus are recommended. If more than two entrées are selected there will be an additional charge of $2.00 per guaranteed person.
In the event that items are brought into Mr. G’s, additional service charges such as cutting fees, or display fees, may apply.
In the event we allow the group to bring food items, Mr. G’s does not assume responsibility for the quality, timeliness or price of food.
Mr. G’s does not assume responsibility for any personal items, décor, or rentals left behind at the conclusion of the function. Mr. G’s is not responsible for damage or loss of any merchandise or articles brought into the ballroom or left behind after the conclusion of the event.
Payment Reservation Schedule
- Room Rental: -A room reservation fee of $1,000 (plus tax) is required to secure the event date. This fee is non-refundable.
- Good Faith Deposit: - Good faith deposit of $1,500 is due nine (9) months prior to event. Good faith deposit fee will be deducted from final invoice on day of event.
